I used to run 3-4 times a week when I was training for a 5K. My race was November 8th and I haven't run since. My husband and I plan on doing the P90X workout plan again starting in the middle of next month. It is 6 days a week and really intense.

My husband has purchased the P90X Plan as well...His excuse now is that we don't have a chin-up bar. lol
